I want ALL different flavors of Tipco 100% juice for my birthday. Yes. This is my birthday wish. Too simple, huh? Lately, I'm feeling quite unhappy again about myself and all the dreaded fats around my body. I started a low-carb diet last year, and I successfully lost nine kilograms at most. The thing is (...) I went too easy on myself and indulge again in sweet and carby foods. So I gained 3kls back. I am happy that I'm still below 60 kls, but it's not just enough. My goal is to reach 110 pounds. Yay. :)
Anyway, I'm planning to get serious on losing weight again. Several workout videos are on my download list currently. I've bought a pretty yoga mat and a jump rope. LOL. And, I'm trying to curb my refined sugar intake. I've also tried Tipco 100% juices lately. It might not help me lose weight that much but I can feel that it will provide me loads of nutrients while working out. No sugar, no colorants, no preservatives! I trust you dear manufacturer.

Six flavors on the rack in SM Hypermarket |
I had my first liter of Broccoli and Mixed Fruit Juice last week. Aside from broccoli, I remember that the ingredients include kiwi juice, apple and pineapple juice, green tea powder, and some more. The juice has a very nice green color. I don't have a picture though. It tastes good actually. I don't know how broccoli juice tastes like exactly, but the juice has more of a fruity taste. It makes sense coz broccoli is bland so as its juice I think. That's why the other fruit juices overpowered the main ingredient's taste, but it's not that sweet. Anyway, I would love to drink it again. :)
Then yesterday, I bought another variant, which is the high fiber Mixed Veggie and Fruit Juice. Okay. This one has 45% carrot juice (according to the box), 10% tomato juice, 10% celery juice, 25% orange juice, and both 5% passionfruit and pineapple juice. This one is sweeter (according to me and my mother) than the broccoli variant, so I'm a little bit disappointed. (No sugar right??? Or the fruit juices blended in are just so sweet?) Its color is just so wonderful though. It's bright orange and my eyes say, "Gimme all those beta-carotene!"
I have yet to try the other variants! I visited Del Monte's Tipco page on Facebook and it says that they have eight. Tipco is actually a product of Thailand, and I read that it's the top juice brand there. I hope Del Monte imports all the other variants of the Tipco wonders coz I saw on the net about the 32 Veggies Juice. I'd definitely wanna try it.
Additionally, I just wanna share this picture of smoothie I made last month. It's spinach-apple-ginger-and-garlic smoothie. It tasted grassy but I love how the ginger gave that refreshing taste. One medium apple (peeled), a cup of spinach, garlic clove, one tbsp of ginger, and ice all together in a blender make a really refreshing drink!

A liter of Tipco costs 100-110 pesos. For me, it's affordable. We don't have a juicer at home, so I can't make my own veggie and fruit juice, and products like these can help me get a variety of nutrients. There are a lot of juice brands in the market. I would try them later like the Malee ones. However, let me try all of them Tipcos first. Aloe Vera Juice, you're next!
